Customer feedback plays a crucial role in both how we run our company and how we develop our custom mobile safety apps. We strongly value your opinion and want to ensure that you know your voice is heard and valued.

Last week we sent out a brief customer survey to get your input on our customer service levels and some new ideas we’re working on. We compiled this quick post to give you some insight on your answers.

We are happy to report that AppArmor received positive responses across the board from those who participated in the survey.

Customer Support:

AppArmor achieved a very positive customer support rating. In the survey, 75% of respondents rated AppArmor support as "very good" and all remaining respondents rated support as "good".

Customer Recommendation:

We asked our customers how likely they were to recommend AppArmor to another institution. We were again pleased with the response. The survey shows that 75% of respondents are “extremely likely” to recommend AppArmor, with the remainder being at least “likely” to recommend AppArmor.

Product Satisfaction:

Product satisfaction gives us a general idea of how well people are able to use our product. The results we received are very positive. More than half of respondents are “very satisfied”, with the rest of the respondents as "satisfied".

We plan to turn your feedback into actionable items that make our mobile safety solutions even better. AppArmor will be sending out another customer survey in a few months to check back in with you to see how we’re doing.
